When you are at the homepage of QR, you can just enter keyword(s) in the text field and tap next to the text field to search for relevant qualification(s) on the QR.
You can also follow the steps below to go to Qualifications Search:
Then, enter keyword(s) in the text field and / or apply search criterion(a) as necessary, and tap the “Search” button to search the relevant qualification(s).
To go to Operators / Assessment Agencies Search, you can either:
Then, enter keyword(s) in the text field and / or apply search criterion(a) as necessary, and tap the “Search” button to search the relevant operator(s) or assessment agency(ies).
On the search results list, you can tap to view the contact details of the operator / assessment agency, and tap the name of the operator / assessment agency to view the list of qualifications under the operator / assessment agency.
To go to CAT Search, you can either:
Then, enter keyword(s) in the text field and / or apply search criterion(a) as necessary, and tap the “Search” button to search the qualification(s) with relevant CAT information.
By default, the system will search records containing all the keywords; e.g. enter business management to search records containing both business and management, such as business management and business logistics management.

You can tap “Searching Fields” to select any combination of the following search criteria which vary among the three search functions of QR:
* Archived records will only be shown when the “Archived” status is selected.
Then, select or enter relevant information in the pull-down menu(s) or text field(s) to search for records meeting the selected criterion(a).
After making a search, a list of records that match the criteria will be displayed.
You can further refine and sort the search results to pick out the records you are looking for:

If the qualification is of a specific type or the operator / assessment agency offers qualification(s) of a specific type, the relevant icon(s) will be shown in the search results list, the relevant QR Record Details or “My Favourite” list:

Basic information of the qualification will be listed, including titles of qualification and learning programme, QF Level, QF Credit, names of operator / assessment agency and granting body, area of study and training, mode of delivery, QR registration no., registration validity period, registration status, etc.
For qualification with CAT arrangement(s), you can tap the type(s) of CAT in the “Credit Accumulation and Transfer” field to open the “Credit Accumulation and Transfer” page to view the CAT information and credit transfer arrangement (qualification with CAT(P) and / or CAT(R) arrangement(s) only). The relevant information will also be listed in the QR Record Details – CAT Arrangement.
To view the details of the next / previous qualification on the search results list, you may swipe left / right accordingly.
To return to the search results list, you may tap on the top left corner of the page.
You can tap to add a record to “My Favourite” when you are viewing the search results list or the relevant QR Record Details.
You can add up to 50 records to “My Favourite” from each type of search.
To view the bookmarks, you can go to “My Favourite” by tapping on the header.
You can tap to share the information of a qualification when you are viewing the search results list or the relevant QR Record Details. To share the full list of search results, you can tap the “Share all” button in the search results page.
The share function also applies to “My Favourite” list. You can tap to share a qualification, or tap to select multiple qualifications and tap the “Share Selected” button.
Then, you can copy or select the app to share the qualification(s).
You can share up to 50 qualifications at one time. The maximum number of qualifications to be shared depends on the selected app.
For the best view on mobile devices, you can browse QR under Safari or Google Chrome, noting that the display may vary on different devices with different configurations.
And to make reading more pleasant, you can simply pinch open on the screen to zoom in and pinch close to zoom out.
You can also change the font size from the menu. Tap to open the menu and you will see three options for font size (i.e. for small (default), medium and large). Then, you can select the font size to fit your eyesight needs.
All records on the QR are in sync between the desktop and mobile versions, and you can find all the records on both versions.
However, to enhance mobile user experience, the QR mobile will only provide a simplified list of search criteria and the key information on the QR Record Details.
