In making enquiries or submitting your views, it may be necessary for you to furnish personal data. All personal data will be kept confidential and the Hong Kong Council for Accreditation of Academic and Vocational Qualifications (HKCAAVQ) and the Education Bureau are committed to ensuring that all personal data are handled in accordance with the provisions of the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap. 486).

The same approach shall be used under any circumstances including the application process for the Qualifications Register’s registered operators for the purpose of submitting qualifications to the HKCAAVQ for admission into the Qualifications Register.
