Hong Kong Council for Accreditation of Academic and Vocational Qualifications (HKCAAVQ) in its statutory capacity as the Accreditation Authority under the Accreditation of Academic and Vocational Qualifications Ordinance (Cap. 592) conducts accreditation tests for all operators/institutions, except for the nine self-accrediting operators specified under Schedule 2 of Cap. 592.

HKCAAVQ publishes summary accreditation reports which are a direct extract of the corresponding accreditation reports. A summary accreditation report captures the HKCAAVQ determination on the assessment of an accredited operator/programme against relevant criteria and standards, the approved enrolment as well as the validity period.
