The addition of Sub-area as a search criterion under the Area of Study and Training is launched on the QR for HKCAAVQ-accredited programmes including those with Programme Area Accreditation (PAA) status. At the same time a new feature “Quality Assurance” status on an individual QR record basis is incorporated in the internal interface of the QR for easy identification of the accreditation status of the qualification under the broader 14 Areas of Study and Training. For qualifications from the self-accrediting sector the indication of Sub-area on a voluntary basis is scheduled for the end of 2016.
