QR is a centralised online database containing information on quality assured qualifications and their operators and assessment agencies for Recognition of Prior Learning. All qualifications listed on the QR are quality-assured and recognised under the Qualifications Framework. Under the Accreditation of Academic and Vocational Qualifications Ordinance, the Hong Kong Council for Accreditation of Academic and Vocational Qualifications is specified as the QR Authority.

QR Website Revamp - Online Survey
The Qualifications Register (QR) (www.hkqr.gov.hk) website was officially launched in May 2008, and had undergone a major revamp in 2013. To cope with the technology advancement and keep the look-and-feel of the website contemporary, QR website will be undergoing another revamp and turn into a new look in 2024.
A blueprint of the revamp is proposed at QR Revamp Proposal. We would like to invite you to spare a few minutes to share with us your comments on the proposal by completing the survey on or before 17 January 2024 (Wednesday).

HKCAAVQ with the support of the Qualifications Framework Secretariat held the Digitalisation for Green Future – QR Operators Briefing 2023 on 4 December 2023 to provide updates on the latest development of QF and QR, and to celebrate the soft launch of the Hong Kong Digital Credentials Hub (HKDCHub). The Briefing, attended by nearly 100 participants, was well received by operators.
