Qualifications Register Authority

The Hong Kong Council for Accreditation of Academic and Vocational Qualifications (HKCAAVQ) has been specified in the Accreditation of Academic and Vocational Qualifications Ordinance (Cap. 592) as the Qualifications Register (QR) Authority for developing and administering the QR.
