This programme includes 3 streams. (1) The Psychology stream carries 584 QF credits; with internship for 26 QF credits to be conducted in 128 hours. (2) The Communication Studies stream carries 596 QF credits; with internship for 51 QF credits to be conducted in 256 hours. (3) The Social Work stream carries 678 QF credits; with direct fieldwork placement for 160 QF credits to be conducted in 800 hours plus pre-placement preparation for 18 QF credits to be conducted in 60 hours. Students have to take another 40 hours pre-placement preparation on their own initiatives.
Special Notes:
Students who have successfully completed the Social Work Stream of the Programme are eligible to apply for membership of the Social Workers Registration Board (SWRB) and will be granted the status of Registered Social Workers (RSW)
